Integrative Counselling North Hampshire, West Surrey Borders and Online

Guiding you towards calmer waters

Maybe you're struggling with anxiety that won't let up. Or grief that sits with you every day. Perhaps your confidence has taken a knock, or relationships feel harder than they should. Whatever's brought you here, you've taken an important step.

I'm Jeanette, and I offer counselling across North Hampshire and the West Surrey borders, both in person and online. Think of this as your space - a space with no judgement for your own exploration. I’m here ready to listen.

How I Can Help

I'm a BACP registered counsellor working with adults who are finding things tough. That might be stress, low mood, or anxiety that's affecting your daily life. I also work with people navigating health challenges, bereavement, relationship difficulties, family conflict, or work pressures.

My approach is integrative, which means I draw on different therapeutic methods to suit you. Person-centred therapy and psychodynamic work form the backbone of how I practise. Whether you need short-term support to get through a specific situation or longer-term therapy to work through deeper issues, we'll work together to find what fits.

What to expect from therapy

Counselling gives you space to talk freely about what's on your mind. It's not about getting advice or being told what to do. Instead, we work together to help you gain more understanding, spot patterns that might not be serving you, and find ways forward that feel manageable.

I'm here to offer support, to hear you and walk alongside you. Sometimes exploring our inner thoughts helps us see things more clearly.

What brings people to counselling

People come to counselling for all sorts of reasons. It can be anxiety, stress, or depression that's making life harder than it needs to be. Or experiencing low confidence, struggling in relationships, or working through bereavement and loss. Some are facing challenges around family separation, divorce, or feeling isolated.

I also have experience supporting people affected by serious health issues, especially cancer, having worked in cancer support. Whether you're the person going through treatment, caring for someone who is, or processing what it all means, I understand how overwhelming this can be.

If you're wondering whether counselling might help, I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation over the telephone or online, where we can discuss what's going on for you and see if we're a good fit. No obligation, just a chance to see how it feels.

My location

I offer counselling sessions in person from North Hampshire/West Surrey border and online across Hampshire and beyond. My practice is easily accessible by car with good parking.
